Oooooh! I remember the first time Lachlan mowed the lawn!!! And I’m a BIG fan of giving the kids chores, so good on you! I really feel like they need to contribute so they can feel part of something. And then the responsibility thing and on and on…and they learn what they can do and they gain confidence in themselves. Sorry, off my soapbox. I just know some moms at the moment that don’t have their kids do anything and it’s sad and the kids are as competent as a…well, they’re just not. Like my idiot brother-in-law who’s 25 and can’t do a damn thing for himself. Glad I could use this space to vent, lol! xx
