Just a quickie with a couple of pictures — the first is from last night, when she was a couple of hours old, and the second was taken just before we finally headed home around one o’clock this afternoon. Oh, and for those who keep track of this sort of thing, she weighed 3975 grams (8 pounds, 12 ounces) and was 51 centimeters (20 inches) long. Not quite as big as Petra was, but close.

Oh she is adorable. She looks just like Petra! I woulda loved her even if she was a boy, but I am so glad you had another girl so that Petra will have a sister so close in age!
