For reasons known only to him, my husband came home the other day with a “value pack” of sugar. That’s six two-kilo bags, or more than twenty-five pounds of sugar. What is mandelmassa? I know it’s not marzipan… but is there a US equivalent?
I think it’s almond paste, but I can’t be sure. I never used it in the States.
