Late last night a perfect rainbow arced across the sky in our neighborhood. Though our camera isn’t sophisticated enough to capture the beauty of the colors, it did offer up a fairly good representation of the ’round-the-clock daylight we have this time of year. This picture was taken just before midnight:

Happy Midsummer! I saw on DN’s website that the temperature has reached 26 degrees in Stockholm. I wonder what it’s like where you live. Not quite as hot, I imagine. Do you live above the arctic circle?
We’re a couple hours’ drive south of the arctic circle, I think (I’ve never been up there, so I’m not sure how far away it is). Our weather has been pretty nice — in the low 20’s — but not up to 26. After getting used to living up here, though, I think that would be too warm for me!
