After days and days of snowfall, yesterday dawned bright and beautiful, if bracingly cold. It was too pretty to stay indoors, so Olof and I bundled ourselves up and took a little walk to the pizzeria for lunch. I took the camera along so that I could pass a little piece of this wintry splendor on to you, dear readers.
Just a bit of proof that I do venture out of the house occasionally:



Here’s a shot of the park next-door, taken from our yard. Those rectangular objects that you can just barely make out are picnic tables.

Wow! That’s a lot of snow. I think we only have an inch or two here. Great pictures!
It’s nuts … I think this is the most snow we’ve had accumulated since I moved up here. It’s actually a lot nicer than slush and grayness, though, so you won’t hear me complaining too much!
