A couple of days ago I bought this set of snazzy silicone muffin cups:

My kids weren’t as content as I just to sit and admire the cheerful brightness of it all.  They wanted action!  Results!  I held out as long as I could, but in the end I succumbed to their demands.  Slave drivers.

  2. At Järnia … they were 79:- for a twelve-pack, which isn’t a bad price, I think.

  3. How do they work for cupcakes? Does the cake just fall out?

    I use them for the baby’s breakfast bento (she eats a 2nd breakfast @ daycare) and they work well for holding dry items, like bread or bagels.
