The weather hasn’t really been too bad, but there has been a lot of new snow in the past couple of days.  Several inches at least.  And as much as I hate winter and wish it would just go away already, I have to admit that I welcome the snow a little, if only because walking on a thick layer of snow is worlds easier than walking on sheets of ice.  At least now I can leave the house without the mere thought of stepping off the front porch sending me into a panic.
