I have been out of commission, as it were, for several days because my webhost upgraded the server and I couldn’t log in to MT. I bemoaned this fact over on livejournal and Kisha pointed out to me the way to fix it. It took me until now to get it done, because I had to rely on my computer genius husband to do the techie stuff (which turns out not to have been terrifically complicated, but I’m not especially skillful where computers are concerned). At any rate, the upshot is that I’m back!

Today has been a slow sort of day. Lydia had a birthday party to go to for one of her friends (my personal favorite among her friends, a little girl I just totally adore), Olof was out working with his dad for several hours, and Tage went to his farmor’s so that I could have some time to myself to work on reading Walden in Swedish and preparing to discuss it (intelligently, I hope) next week in class. I have just three more assignments to complete before I am completely finished with my Swedish studies. I am so looking forward to having this done.
