Given that this blog has been sorely neglected of late, I probably should concentrate more effort here instead of starting up with something else, but I had a hankering for something new (and a hunk of cheese just wouldn’t do), so I figured I’d give another go at a photoblog. I’m not sure it’s a good idea–it would be presumptuous to call myself even an “amateur” photographer–but it gives me something to do (and reason to buy another domain). The new place is called photorevelry (clever, no?), and you can see a little preview to your left. Click on the picture, and you’ll be whisked directly away there.

My aim is to add one photo a day, but I’ll admit up front that I’ve tried that before and kept up with it for only twelve days. Now that I’ve made a biggish deal of it, though, maybe I’ll feel more of a duty to stick with it. I sure hope so, because if there’s anything I’ve got plenty of, besides kids and pets, it’s photo opportunities.
