Bada bing!
Seriously, though, despite the six-plus inches of snow we’ve got outside it hasn’t been a half-bad day, thanks in part to a tasty falafel dinner from the local pizzeria. I’m glad they finally started serving falafel (or that I finally realized that they served falafel) so that I can eat something besides french fries when we get takeout from them. I could get a vegetarian pizza, I suppose, and I do occasionally, but I’m not such a fan of Swedish pizza so that’s always just the least bad thing instead of something I actually like. I’ve mentioned before that I’m a picky eater, right?
Despite having two sick kids and a fussy baby I’ve managed to be pretty productive today and got a fair amount of work done for the upcoming Mosaic Minds issue. (By the way, we could use always use another feature article or two, so feel free to submit your personal essays to me at beverly AT mosaicminds DOT net — our theme this time is “Turning Points” and I’d need any submissions within a week.) I’m doing the craft column this time, in addition to my regular stuff, and I’ve managed to get a bit of work done on the project I’m doing as well as a lot of writing and editing. I’d write more here, now, but remember that fussy baby I mentioned? Yeah, well I’ve gotta go …
