I’m pleased to report that my hand is feeling much better today. I figure I should be good as new in a day or two. I have a whole new respect for small appliances, though.

I seem to have caught that internet bug that is going around ’round these parts … no, not a virus — I bought a domain! There’s nothing there right now, but I’m planning to get busy with it soon. I had all but decided to go with datakultur as a hosting company, since Carrie and Marie seemed so enthusiastic about them, but in the end Olof put his foot down and insisted on Gräsberg (apparently he knows the guy who runs it, and they host our other site, tjerngren.net, so he wouldn’t be swayed). I’m not tremendously happy about that, considering that I have emailed the guy four or five times over the past month and never gotten an answer. Of course, when Olof emailed him, he got an answer more or less immediately. Ah well, the name beverlyrevelry.com is now mine, mine, mine! (And it will be Olof who gets to handle all the correspondence with the hosting company!)

Now I’m off to drink some coffee and watch a Braves game (and see if I can talk Olof into going berry-picking later on, since it’s a sunny day — at least for the moment!).
