Sewing is a regular part of the school curriculum here from grades 3-9, and it’s been fun to watch Lydia progress from simple embroidery to more advanced projects. Me, I can sew on a button like nobody’s business, but operating a sewing machine is completely beyond my ability. My kid, she turns out creations like this:
Project Runway here she comes! Love the fur on the hood….I feel like there is a dance that should go along with that outfit!
My gosh! She’s a great sewer. The outfit looks nice and toasty too.
