Hour by hour, day by day, winter is retreating, even up here in the Far North. I hear that snow is forecast for Thursday, but I have a hard time believing it will happen. Unlike most of the rest of Sweden, we haven’t had any new snow for a couple of weeks, and the long, long winter that was has all but receded into deepest memory.
That is an aggressively cheerful yellow. I think with snow still receding at the tail end of April, it’s probably needed.
Most of the houses here are that yellow, or the red of the house next-door to the yellow … I think it’s so you can find them through all the snow! 😀
And it snowed on Friday instead of Thursday. 😉 Waited for the holiday I’m sure!
