I have been a mail-order-shopping fool lately! It’s so nice and easy just to sit here in my comfy chair and leaf through catalogs or browse around online and have it sent straight to my door in a couple of days. I just got done ordering a bunch of clothes and a fall jacket for Lydia from Ellos and today in the mail I got the book (Alkemisten) that my little group is going to read in my Swedish class. It’s a book Helena recommended, and the two of us and two other girls are going to read it for a literature unit that’s coming up. I haven’t started it yet, but it looks really good.

Included in my Ellos order was a nose hair trimmer for Olof. I’ve thought about getting one for a while, but after we saw them use on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy the other night, I made up my mind to buy one right away. At first he said he wouldn’t use it, but now that I’ve ordered one he says, “well, okay.” Now if only he’d let me wax his unibrow!
