Damn, kids, those were some tasty vittles.
The potatoes and stuff is just a frozen mix from a bag (an appetizing mix to be sure, but alas, not of my own making), and the other bits are the figurative fruits of my latest hardcore vegetarian labors, homemade seitan, sliced and breaded in a blend of herbs and spices, then fried to perfection in olive oil. I’m pretty sure this is my new favorite recipe.

I found a ton of recipes at this vegetarian recipes site but with so mnay to choose from I just got confused.
