Among other things, we picked up a new fever thermometer, as I seemed to have misplaced our old one.  Olof, seeming not to grasp that you can use any thermometer more or less anywhere on the body&#8211;and fearing, I assume, having to take any backdoor readings&#8211;asked me &#8220;what kind&#8221; it was.  I turned the package over, just to make sure, and was greeted by this image.
