It occurred to him a couple of hours ago that he couldn&#8217;t really be Tomten (or &#8220;Tompen,&#8221; as Petra so endearingly says) without a beard, so he went on a search.  He was a bit dejected after failing to fashion convincing facial hair from either a dishtowel or his Batman cape, so I told him I&#8217;d see what I could do.  We don&#8217;t have any cotton balls in the house, or anything else particularly fluffy, so I had to get creative.
