On Friday afternoon, we colored four-dozen hard-boiled eggs, and those that made it to Saturday without being dropped or eaten became the booty in the big hunt.  Yesterday was by far the most beautiful weather I&#8217;ve seen on any Easter weekend since I moved to Sweden (apart from the wind, which is giving me Twin Falls, Idaho flashbacks), and we made a family event of watching Tage and Petra scour Farmor and Farfar&#8217;s yard for brightly colored treasures.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"2\" alt=\"Tage, Farmor, and Farfar\" src=\"http:\/\/kids.tjerngren.net\/tage\/images\/tagefarmorfarfar7april2007.jpg\" \/><\/center><br \/>\n<center><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"2\" alt=\"Petra and Lydia\" src=\"http:\/\/kids.tjerngren.net\/petra\/images\/petralydia7april2007.jpg\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dyeing and hunting Easter eggs is one of my favorite of the Old-Country tradtions I&#8217;ve passed on to my children.
