I finally roasted the pumpkin that’s been sitting on my counter for a month or so.\u00a0 It turned out to be really good and flavorful, but unfortunately I got only enough pur\u00e9e for one pie.\u00a0 Worse, all of the grocery stores I’ve been to are out of pumpkins so I might not be able to get any more.\u00a0 I’ve got one more store to check out tomorrow, and if there aren’t any pumpkins to be had there, we’re going to be celebrating Thanksgiving with sweet potato pie.
