As I alluded to a few entries ago, I’ve got coffee cups and the like positively spilling out of my cupboards and I’ve been on the lookout for a vitrinskåp<\/i>, or large china cabinet, for some time. I’m unwilling (and, frankly, unable) to pay for a new one, so I’ve been scouring the second-hand stores and want-ads. Unfortunately, most of the ones I saw were either way out of my price range, ugly as sin, or too far from my house (some managed to be all three!). On Thursday, though, I saw one online that was pretty much exactly what I was looking for, in the next town over, and a good bargain to boot.<\/p>\n

Things move fast on Blocket<\/a> and it was such a good deal that I figured it would already be gone, but when I called the seller’s number the woman who answered told me that it hadn’t sold yet. I told her that I definitely wanted it and made arrangements to pick it up on Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

Yesterday at ten o’clock, Olof and his dad drove out and got it and then set it up in the upstairs living room. It looks pretty darn nice, if I do say so myself, and it’s got plenty of room for all<\/strike> quite a bit of the china I’ve yet to buy.<\/p>\n
