With a bit of luck I’ll have my driver’s license by the end of the week and today will have been the last time I had to do a big grocery shop with the entire family in tow. Lately we’ve been going to town on Saturday or Sunday and trying to buy all our groceries for the week in one fell swoop. It’s working remarkably well for our budget and our dinner menus (except for that one time that we went without a list), but getting all of us through the supermarket in anything resembling an orderly fashion or a timely manner is more work than I like to do on a regular basis. I am so looking forward to the hopefully-not-too-distant days when I can drive to the store by myself and do my shopping in peace.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
