Well, yesterday was a beautiful fall day, with clear blue skies and warm temperatures, but we were black to clouds and rain today. I do feel much better after one day of sunshine, though, and God has been kind enough to let me off the hook about the snow, for a little while at least.<\/p>\n
We went to town earlier this evening so I could go to my Weight Watchers meeting. I was a bit apprehensive, since I hadn’t gone in four weeks and have been pretty much off the wagon that whole time, so I was pleasantly surprised to see a .3kg loss. Not much for a whole month, but it beats a gain any day of the week! So anyway, I guess it’s time to get back with the program, because I still have plenty of weight to lose, and I don’t want to waste all the hard work I’ve done for all these months. I’m finally back to within a couple of pounds of my pre-pregnancy weight, and I’d like to keep the losing trend going in the right direction.<\/p>\n
Speaking of weight loss, I got a bunch of shirts in the mail that I ordered online last week. I was a bit apprehensive, because I got everything one to two sizes smaller than I normally would order, but everything except one sweater fit! That was another boost for me. And the sweater almost<\/i> fit, too, so it’s going to be the new “inspiration” piece in my wardrobe.<\/p>\n
Now for less-exciting stuff — I didn’t post yesterday because I was so exhausted after staying up all night to watch baseball the night before. Unfortunately, I can’t even report that staying up was worth it, because my team lost and got knocked out of the playoffs. Ah well, there’s always next year.
