I had intended to spend most of this weekend working on the essay that’s due Thursday, but here we are at nine o-clock on Sunday evening, and I’ve written all of two paragraphs. Between too-late nights and Olof’s birthday yesterday and general last-days-of-a-too-long-break kid craziness, I never could make myself focus for long enough to make any real progress. For some unknown reason, the kids don’t go back to school until Tuesday, so I’ll still have a houseful tomorrow, and Tuesday I’m pretty tied up with other things.
