Ever the skeptic, Olof refused to encourage this interest, but I carried on undeterred, reading and reading and reading some more until I settled on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lequip.com\/product.php?prod_id=31&#038;title=Nutrimill\">this one<\/a> as just the mill for me.  I spent some more time scouring the internet for good deals, and finally, at the end of last month I ordered one.  It arrived Wednesday afternoon, and I set at once to milling.<\/p>\n<p>I embarked on this adventure using regular wheat berries (<i>matvete, p&aring; svenska<\/i>), and I used my first flour to make a batch of cranberry muffins and some whole-wheat rolls.  The muffins were better than the bread, I think, but both were good, moist with a nutty sort of flavor that store-bought flour doesn&#8217;t give.
