So I was checking out my stats earlier today, and I saw that the most recent search that led to my site was “Asbj\u00f8rn porn.” Now, I’m pretty sure that whoever was doing the searching was not looking for porn with my dog in it, but the whole thing brings to mind thoughts I’m happier not thinking. Also new on the list was “reverly.” I’m the number one hit on Google for that one, for reasons I don’t entirely understand (Olof did give me some long-winded, confusingly techie-worded explanation, but I didn’t really get it despite the fact that I nodded thoughtfully and said “mmhmm” at appropriate intervals).<\/p>\n
Maybe I’ve been watching too much Queer Eye<\/i> lately, or maybe I just have too much time on my hands and too few real concerns, but I struck an almost-Faustian deal with my husband this afternoon regarding eyebrow grooming. He has, I’m ashamed to admit, something of a unibrow and, try as I might, I find it impossible to ignore. I have tried and tried and tried some more to get him to let me pluck it, but he’s having none of it. Today I even offered to pay for him to make regular visits to the eyebrow-plucking place, but he still refused. Finally I played my trump card and said that I’d trade him eyebrow maintenance for his snus<\/i> habit. The latter has long been a point of contention between us and I could tell as soon as I put the deal on the table that he’d choose to keep it over his unibrow.
